I shop at Shaw's, Stop&Shop, CVS, Walgreens, RiteAid and sometimes Target, PetCo and Staples.

I can double up to $0.99 at the grocery stores, and my exact database w/l items tend to reflect this. In my area I usually get a version of a coupon for a product I buy that is not ideal for me to use, but see that there is a version out there that I do want, so please mind the values, thanks! (ex. $0.55-$0.85/1 are choicest!)

I can and love to use printables, including B&W and frees.

I don't really use WYBs (probably should figure out how to make better use of them, but they never seem to pan out right for me).

I try to buy organic/all-natural when possible. At the least I try to avoid products with MSG, high-fructose corn syrup or tons of complex chemicals (this means almost no General Mills or P&G Qs for me!)

I can't use expireds, and don't need anything babies/kids/dogs/shaving /air freshener related. (We're long-haired hippies - we burn incense )

I know my WL is pretty thin, our family is small (me, boyfriend, and 3 cats!), but I've enjoyed and used a lot of the "best guess" envie fillers I've received, and the list has gotten longer because of it!
