I CAN use IPs as long as they're well-printed (color or b&w doesn't matter as long as they're clear). But I CAN'T use B1G1F IPs or totally free IPs - only cents (or dollars - lol) off.

I can use catalinas from Harris Teeter, Food Lion, Lowe's Foods, or Walgreen's for any of the items listed on my "general" list.

I also shop at Target so register coupons from there are good too! However, I don't need any Target IPs unless they are specifically listed.
