I live in Ohio and I mostly shop at Kroger, Meijer, CVS, Target, and Walgreens. Kroger and Meijer (double up to $0.50, but anything from $0.51 to $0.99 is also worth $1). I prefer coupons that are $/1. I am able to use printable coupons as long as they are clear/good print quality (they have to be able to scan, so a fast print quality won't work) and I cannot use expired coupons.

(one can hope...right? )
