What is cheap for hydrogen peroxide? 4/22 ad

Newbie here! Just got the new ad in my mailbox and was looking through and think I may have found a pretty good deal?

On inside flap Medic Hydrogen Peroxide is 2/$3. The front of the ad says $5 off $20 purchase instantly. I used to purchase peroxide at Costco for around $1.50 each (I think). So here is my idea:

14 bottles = $21 total
minus $5 instant rebate
equals $16 for 14 bottles, $1.14 each (32oz bottle)
Is this a good deal?

If you are talking the general size 3% hydrogen peroxide they normally put it on sale for under a dollar at the drug stores on a regular basis, along with rubbing alcohol (70%). I know we bought a bunch at 2/$1. Be careful to store them out of light in a temperate environment or they will decompose and end up being water when you open them.

ETA: In fact its on sale the week of 5/3-5/9 at WAGS for 3/$1 or .33 each.
