When you email something like that, do you include your snail mail address (so they know where to send potential "gifts")?

Last week, I e-mailed Winn-Dixie to complain about the WD bagels I found to be moldy, eventhough the sell by date wasn't until Nov 2. I also mentioned the loaf of WD bread from a few weeks back that smelled moldy the day I bought it. Today, they sent me a letter of apology, along with a $5 gift card and a $5/$30 coupon that doesn't expire until 12/31. Not a bad response, since it more than covered the price of the items I had to toss.

In search of a new sig. Any suggestions?
Most companies require you to enter complete contact info (including address and phone #) when communication with them. The 'contact us' forms on their website won't submit without that info being filled in.
I've found the WD is usually pretty good at getting back to me on any issues I've had or dicscussed with them. I've also been lucky enough to be on the receiving end of a GC because of an issue.
Glad they gave you something for your trouble OP!![]()
