If you go to www.winn-dixie.com and contact them on any issue they will have someone personally call you (from management). Winn Dixie is trying really hard to step up their customer service and want to hear from people. They are even sending out alot of gift cards to people who contact them with problems. I have already talked to the manager at my store about those of us who use coupons and why we do & don't like to use them at WD.
FYI: Even if your store acts funny about taking coupons on BOGO's and if you are having a problem with your total amount including your sale items to reach the $25 or $75 you need to use a $5 off coupon, there are ways around this. Have the cashier ring everything up, give your coupons, then give your reward card to them. Its up to you whether or not to use a reward card so your not doing anything wrong if you don't give it to them until the very end. I'm in north florida but I double checked with a local manager and a Central Florida manger that both said I wasn't asking anything wrong of the cashier to do this. And that any time you have a coupon issue with a cashier, ask for the manager who will make sure the cashier knows the rights and wrongs.
