No Internet Printables

After driving across town (gasoline expense $6.00) and spending an hour with 2 kids in Winn-Dixie tonight, they refused to even scan my internet printable coupons. They said they had received a memo last week saying that they could not accept any internet coupons. After talking to three people, I was so frustrated that I left the whole order there and told them I would call corporate tomorrow. Couldn't they post something so you don't waste your time???? BTW, the IPs totaled $4.

Where are you located? This is the 2nd post I have read about WD refusing to take IP. I did my weekly shoping on Sunday and used one IP for the excedrin...no problem. Oh...and I shop at a WD on the MS Gulf Coast.

I'm in Northeast Alabama, and I went to the Winn-Dixie in Rainbow City (near Gadsden.) I went online to complain, and guess what I found? Online coupons! IPs! Go figure.

They had copies of a couple of the face book cpn's up at one WD I was visiting, along w/ a notice that they could not accept any of THOSE cpns from that source.

BTW, WD still offers printables on their website. Maybe that could be pointed out to stores that are refusing all printables.

Did you speak to a manager? It is WD's policy to accept internet printables.

I'm in Lakeland, Florida and my Winn-Dixie wouldn't accept IPs also.
:shrug7:Good thing I only had two of them at that time! However, this is very frustrating to us Q-ers! The lady told me it was because of all the fraud.
Also in ourWalmarts here in central Florida, they have refused to take any IPs. They got a memo in last week & will no longer accept them.
Sooooo, guess we're a little out of luck and have to stick with blinkies, peelies and inserts from now on.

Yes, I did. Even after he arrived, the 2nd cashier kept putting her 2 cents worth in, which I think is what fouled everything up. I told her they took them last week. She said this was something new that just started this week. (After she said it just started LAST week.) She seemed more determined to be loud and be right than anything else.

About a month ago, the manager walked me to an item I needed, asked if I had found everything, and thanked me for being so pleasant. This time, it was totally different. I've always like WD, but right now, I really hate it.

Anyone who is having issues with using internet printables at Winn-Dixie should escalate their concern to corporate.

I live in the same county as the poster quoted above, and am able to use printables at my two closest stores will no problems. If I was prevented from doing so, I would make sure that I got the word from the corporate office.

I'm in Lakeland, too and both Winn Dixies ( north lakeland and South) won't accept the IP and the North Lakeland SW started about a month ago not to take the IP :frown: What I have been doing is e-mailing the cp's telling them that my store won't accept IP's and lot of them send me a CP for a free item... but it ticks me off.....
