Dear Hot Coupon World members (and guests)

One of HCW's goals is to help in the fight against fraudulent, fake, and unauthorized coupons from being posted on our site. In our efforts to help facilitate this endeavor we are now requiring members to first notify our staff about new Printable coupons by using our "Coupon Notification Forms"

If you have found (on the internet, etc) or received (via email) a coupon that does not have print limitation software (such as bricks, coupons.com, smartsource, etc) then we are asking that you use the forms to notify us of your finds before you post them on our forums.

Once you have submitted the form for a printable coupon one of our moderators will check out the validity of the coupon and will notify you via private message or email if the coupon is valid or not and if it is found to be valid you will then be able to post it on the forums.

One of our goals for 2008 is to make Hot Coupon World more user friendly. To help our newbies as well as our established members find the information that they need easily. Our Super Mod team and I have been working hard to clean up and condense some of the information. One major project was the revamping of our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).

Another change is that we have changed our "General Board Questions" forum into our "Frequently Asked Questions" Forum.

Here you will find our Frequently Asked Questions in an indexed thread so that members that are using the forums search feature may stumble upon the answers they are looking for.

Included in both links is a web form that members may submit a question to our staff if the question they have is not already answered in our FAQ. We will be updating our FAQ with these new questions as soon as possible.

We hope that by making these new changes we can help better our members experiences here at Hot Coupon World by providing them the information that they need to fully utilize our site.

Once you have submitted the form for a printable coupon and / or link, one of our moderators will check out the validity of the coupon and will notify you via private message or email whether the coupon or link is valid or not and if it is found to be valid they will they give you the go ahead to post it on the forums.

We realize that this system will not be without flaw but Hot Coupon World wishes to minimize the risk and liability should fraudulent coupons be posted on our website.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to our members, but we hope that our members understand the reasoning behind this action.
