Hello everyone! I am pretty new to couponing. A bit about me: I'm 25, married, living in Iowa, near the Omaha metro area. Yes that's near the recent flooding. I was not affected much. The underground water level has been high so the only problem we had was some heavy raining last month that cause a bit of water in the basement. My family in the area was slightly affected but we're all alive and have places to live so we are thankful. Thanks for your concern and prayers for the entire area would be appreciated as some folks around here are still unable to get back into their homes;)

Anyway, my husband just finished college and we are renting a small house until we find a permanent place to live wherever my husband's job takes us. No kids yet. I try to buy the sunday paper and cut coupons and sometimes print coupons off the internet. I also price-match ads at my local WalMart. Also, my husband works at Walmart until he finds a job in is field, so we also get the employee discount. It doesn't work on food items though. :( My goal with couponing is to save money. Also, if I can get items for free or practically free, I wouldn't mind donating things I don't need to our local food pantry or something like that. I'm just starting out so I definitely need help and this site looks like a great place for that.
