there is no real quick learn. the best way to learn at all is to pick a store you want to start with and start reading what people are posting. i started with cvs and within a month i had that down pat and lots of almost free stuff!!

start on the main forum page and go to store forums. find your stores there and start looking at this week's ads and the coming week.

further down on the main page is coupon resources. in here you will find the coming insert q's and printables and lots of other coupons.

then join trader in training! get in on trades and trains (these are fun) and into the roak thread. ask questions!
