what does it mean by link supressed until approved?

I think maybe you are speaking of the coupon database. From what I understand when a link is posted the mods check and make sure that everything is legit. Therefore until it is checked out and ok'd it is suppressed so that the members don't happen to get any fake or bad coupons.
