Don't worry, every newbie feels a little overwhelmed at the start, but you will quickly get the hang of things. I have found that everyone is very nice and helpful.

The best advice that was given to me is don't try to do every deal, you will just get overwhelmed! The same deal (or better) will come around again.

Also, don't give up. It gets easier & less confusing the longer you do it

welcome to HCW the world of great savings and nice people initially it seems like a different language but soon you will get a hold of everything.

Be sure to check the grocery store forum to check your local store sales and drug stores like cvs,walgreens etc to maximize your savings.
