Feeling Overwhelmed, Any Help Appreciated!

Hello everyone! I am definitely looking for some guidance on how to get the best deals in my area. I am from the Lafayette, Indiana area. I have 3 kids, and our family is really needing to cut our grocery budget down, I am looking to become a stay at home mom by the end of 2009, so it will become a necessity then! Any help that can be given is appreciated!

How I save tons of time and money is cut all the x.coupons out put them in a shoe box. Then I go though them once a week for a couple hour while watching tv and look at sale ads and go do my shopping at a couple stores. I use to go to more stores but it got to be to much. I save about 400 month just on groceries. I haven't gone to cvs or walgreens latelt haven't needed anything.

I work about 20 hours a week cutting here and stay home with kids the rest of the time with kids. I just do the coupon stuff on spare time.
