Here's my plan, if it's correct:

    3 frosted mini wheats at $6 minus $1.50/2 = $4.50
    2 kashi cereals at $6 minus 2 $3/1 vocalpoint q's = free
    1 poptart at $1.79 minus .55/1 home mailer = .79
    1 keebler crackers at $2.50 minus .55/1 = $1.50

So, spend $6.79 and get $7 oyno and a free milk cat if that's still going on for the mini wheats. If it's not then you could switch one of the mini wheats for Corn flakes touch of honey and use $1/1 IP and make your oop $5.79.

Ah, ok. That's much less shocking then. I don't think my points have been accumulating based on pre-coupon price, which makes me sad

And I read that the cat deals are based on shelf price. Is that always? And in all stores?

I have never seen anyone post that they are based on sale price and this forum has people from all over PA, MD, and WV.

The gas points that are in some regions are based on pre coupon prices too. I know that for a fact because I never spend over $50 OOP in one trip and get a bunch of gas points when I travel to a different region to shop.

Definitely think about getting a chest freezer for your basement - the savings in free or nearly free stuff that you can save in it pays for the freezer in no time!
