It's short for Shippensburg...as in the University. It is a very cheap paper, and you can get it at Sheetz, Weis, or other convenience stores. hth

mine was in the Laurel Leader, a community newspaper. I got 2 inserts and I'm sharing with neighbors because I can not get to $50 at Weis under any circumstances.

There are two $10/50 coupons in the Lancaster Sunday News. One is in the front page section - expiring July 1st. The other is in one of the coupon inserts and expires July 11th.
