Weis Weekly Ad Discussion 6/11-6/17

I went in today (7:30 am) and bought 5 Gillette shampoos, 5 Gillette body washes, 1 Gillette shave cream, 1 Fusion razor and 2 Biz detergents. OOP was $2.65..in and out in less than 5 minutes!

I was worried that the gillette would be out but there was plenty at my store, I got three sets of each. Also got some .55 off two easy mac coupons, (and got some easy mac, not on sale but I wanted some. Found clearanced diapers and got free eggs. Wish I'd realized the eggs were on sale for a dollar I got have brought the extra coupons I had and split up my gillette into three order and gotten three free eggs.

What's the deal with the bix I saw someone mention that as cheap there before, is that with the insert coupons or with a home mailer?

Too bad I don't use the Gilette. I tried several of their products and didn't care for them. It's mostly for guys though, right?

What coupons are you using for free eggs and Weis ice cream?

Hi Roseannnadanna2....I can vouch for the body wash. A long, long time ago when my Kmart did the 2.00 doubles I got some of for free. Not sure if they make different scents but the one I got was not "manly" smelling - it has a nice fresh clean smell to it & it lathers up nicely.

My ad (Frederick MD) has the 5/50 - 10/75 - 15/100. What is everyone's experience in using these - do they normally accept these first before scanning you manu coupons? tia

At my store it looked like no one had done the body wash/shampoo deal. I am going back for another round tomorrow so I can use another Marcal coupon and also get my free eggs. I'll probably throw in some razors and shaving cream so I actually pay for something. I told my husband that I love high school boys checking me out and his response was "in what way". Anyways, the kid read it to me at the end, "you saved $58, wait you saved $58 and only spent $12". I just smiled and said I would be back.

Who cares if you use it when it's free and helps you get free eggs? There was a coupon in last weeks insert for $1 off weis eggs which are on sale for $1 this week. It's with a $10 minimum purchase (which is before coupons) so do the body wash deal, that's $8 towards your total, throw in two more dollars of something and you get free eggs. The ice cream is same deal but it wasn't free it was 1.50 for a half gallon after the coupon but still good.

Another idea if you don't use and/or like the Gillette...donate it to the food bank, they also accept toiletries.

minus the pork loin - 50 items for 10.98 - 3.72 of which was tax

I love Weis b/c they carry the free Kitten Chow

I love Weis b/c they carry the free Marcel tp & tissues

I love Weis even more b/c they deduct the total price of the Marcel with the free coupons

I love Weis b/c they never give me grief over my coupons

........and I found tearpads today (both of the ones for the Velvetta & also .55/2 Easy Mac cups - saving these for triples)

Just wanted to let everyone know, according to the tags at my store, the Gillette deal is good until 6/24.
