| Re: 50% Off Diapers at Weis Market in Bellefonte, PA I also found Aquaphor baby wash, Aveno baby wash and some of the baby foods were discontinued. The ladies told me that they were moving stuff to a 'clearance' section - which in our store is apparently near the dairy section and paper plates.
--Repped ya SnookieBear! I bought 4 bags and used the 1.50/1 Qs making them even cheaper. I've been searching on line for a while now trying to find other printables....All of the Pampers Qs expired 5/31. |

| Re: 50% Off Diapers at Weis Market in Bellefonte, PA I saw a bunch of baby clearance at my Weis in Pottsville, PA, but no diapers :(. I wonder if I missed it or has it gone on since I was there. I'll have to check again.
ETA: My store now has Pullups, Pampers Baby Dry and Pampers Easy Ups on Clearance for $5.49 a pack. No Huggies diapers on clearance though.

| Re: 50% Off Diapers at Weis Market in Bellefonte, PA I checked our Frederick, MD store (Old Camp Rd and Alt 40) on Friday after reading about the 1/2-off diapers here, and sure enough, almost all of the Jumbo packs of Pampers and Huggies were on clearance for $5.64. I picked up a few packages. Yesterday (Sunday), I checked the Mt. Airy, MD Weis and same thing - marked 'Discontinued' and 50% off. The shelves were FULL there, so I had a lot more choices.
Check closely - some of the Jumbo packages are not on clearance. I found Pampers Baby Dry size 3 with 35 diapers were marked down, but Pampers Baby Dry size 3 with 40 diapers were full price - $11.29. Go figure.
Here's what I found on clearance:
- Pampers Swaddlers (yellow package) - Newborn, 1, 2 (not size 1-2)
- Pampers Baby Dry (green package) - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 - not sure about 6, size 7 was NOT marked down
- Pampers Cruisers (purple package) - 3, 4, 5 - our stores did not carry larger sizes
- Pampers Easy Ups - girls (Dora) 4, 5; boys (Diego) 4, 5
Huggies - I'm not as familiar with the different types of Huggies, but I'll do my best :)
- Gentle Care (? - brick red package with yellow print) - Newborn, 1, 2 - Jumbo packs of size 3 with 40 diapers were NOT on clearance
- Sure Fit (? - red and white package - what I call 'regular Huggies') - 3, 4, 5, 6; several of these packages were on a cardboard display *right next to* the shelves and the display was labeled "Huggies $11.29" - they all rang up on clearance :)
Huggies Pull-Ups - Girls (pink pkg) - 2T-3T, 3T-4T; neither store carried size 4T-5T; boys (blue pkg) - 2T-3T, 3T-4T, limited 4T-5T
Huggies Overnight Pull-Ups - Girls (pink) - 3T-4T only - 4T-5T was not on clearance; boys (blue) - 3T-4T, 4T-5T (I don't remember if I saw any 2T-3T)
Weis also had what I think are Huggies brand 'big kid' overnight protection on clearance - the ones that look like panties or boxer shorts. I didn't check these closely, but I'm pretty sure I saw girls' panties (w/flowers) in sizes Small and Med, girls' boxer shorts (pink) in one or two sizes, and boys' boxer (blue) in several size. *PLUS* there's a blinkie for $1.00 this product on the same shelf, so if you have an older child who needs discrete protection, you can get packages of these for $4.64. :)
I'll check my receipts and update if I find any new information. Enjoy! |

| Re: 50% Off Diapers at Weis Market in Bellefonte, PA @ MJKNEeley - I don't know about your store, but I found out quite by accident that both my Frederick, MD store (Old Camp Rd and Alt 40) and the Mt. Airy, MD store accept expired coupons! Friday I had 2 Pampers Easy Up coupons in my stack and handed them over, then realized they exp on 31 May. They scanned without a problem - no manual override or anything. Yesterday (Sunday), as I was digging through shelves looking for more packages, I stumbled upon some discarded Huggies coupons. Two expired on 31 May, but I thought I'd try my luck - again, no problems! I haven't asked yet about the official policy, but it might be worth it to try your Pampers coupons and see if they work. What's the worst that could happen? The coupons beep and you could say, "Oops, I'm sorry." :) |
