    Default Walmart is Scary!

DH and I went this weekend so he could work on a friends car. We needed to pick up a tool set on the way, and I happened to know that a Supertarget was right in our path. DH insisted that he wanted to go to *Walmart* and that started a discussion of why/why not to go to Walmart.

Then, from the back seat, I hear:

    "NO DADDY! Walmart is Scary!"

Apparently, DS (4-yo) overheard me saying how awful Walmart is, and that I wouldn't ever shop there willingly. . . .

The story had a happy ending, since DH was outnumbered.

I'm not a fan of Walfart either. I'm lucky enough to live in an area that has tons of other stores so I never have to shop there. But if my choices where limited I'd probably have to go.

I hate shopping there and won't even go there for frees. I've never seen one that didn't take at least fifteen minutes to checkout. They are typically disorganized and stuffed with people. I completely disagree with the way they treat their employees.

I sometimes wonder if there is a "place down stairs", that it looks something like Walmart. :shrug7:
