The coupon was a Buy 1 bodywash get 1 deodorant free. I bought a bodywash and a twin pack of deodorant. She said I couldn't do that because the coupon was for ONE free and the twin pack is TWO items. So I said "Since it's 2 items, can I use this $1.00 off 2 coupon?" and she said no because it's in one package. So I said that it can't be both, it's either two items and I can use a coupon for $1.00 off 2 or it's one item and I can use the buy a body wash get deodorant free. She gave me the dirtiest look ever and in her snottiest tone told the cashier to "Go ahead and run it through this once but that is NOT how it works."

$1.00/2 coupon is completely fine to use. The other coupon will have a price limit on it. As long as your under the price limit and it doesn't exclude twin packs your fine. If needs be ask that management comes over when your having one give you grief over it.

Some of my best deals at Walmart are finding the twin packs that are the same price as the none twin packs

Question about price matching with the Kroger mega-sale going on now...

If the sale price is $1.49 but when you buy 10 items inluded in the mega-sale the price becomes $.99 final price -- which price do you use to match at Walmart? I've seen blogs that say .99 is the price you match, but if I'm only buying 1 of something, do I still use $.99? Wanna make sure I'm doing the right thing here!

some stores will require you buy 10, some dont' care...but your ad matching the .99 cents. you may want to ask before you go get it..how much of it your required to get

Thanks for the advice, I'll ask first before I purchase, don't want any flak! I've seen so many ladies just read off a list written down on a piece of paper without even bringing the ads but just wanted to make sure I'm doing the right thing
