I am going to recommend that you don't use this number for the average cranky Walmart cashier. It's better to follow the chain of command rather than bringing out the big guns for relatively minor issues.

Mrs P, that is a good reminder!

But I bet the gal whose poor dh was not allowed to return that bad dairy item (sorry, I can't remember what it was now- the post wasn't too long ago) would have loved to have had that number!

We used to live in northwest Arkansas- I knew right where the home offices were (though I never went there!). It is amazing that now that we have left Arkansas, I am learning that there really is "life outside of WalMart"!

Though they are still the only place that sells my dog food, so I'll still have to go there every week. :-/

awesome! I'll put it in with my coupons :) we've never had huge issues with the people at walmart, except no one knows where anything is. It's mainly the other customers we have issues with.

we have very nice cashiers ever since supertarget opened. my only problem has been that my items never ring up at sale prices lately. don't need the big guns for that one!
