Question about stacking with other stores coupons

ok so i know that walmart takes other stores coupons, but do those coupons count as MRF's or store coupons

example:
$3/1 Target brand coupon abreva
$3/1 MRF abreva
can i use both at walmart, or does it count as two MRF's for 1 product?

Just trying to save myself some gas money

First it's quite limited on what on what store coupons that they will take at Walmart, they will not take target coupons as target coupons are all cents/dollars off.

Second Walmart ad matches the store coupons so yes you can use both but only the kind they will take.
