It sounds like they go by the bad girl (not going to say her name) from EC book of couponing. Because of this my WM now makes you show them the ad.

This has got to be a rare occurrence. The WMs I go to have gotten much stricter with their q usage. The cashiers "study" each q before running it through.
I actually recently got "reprimanded" by a WM cashier for not giving her my qs BEFORE she rang up my order. (I like to see my total before qs). Whatever.

If only WM will enforce the same policy as Target's when it comes to ad match, there will likely be less/zero chances of ad match fraud.

It is not really that hard to bring an ad as proof but of course if there's no such sale price anywhere WITH proof, these people can't present any. That is when they use bullying tactics and insists on the NO ad needed, just believe what I say. A lot more cashiers/stores have become suspicious now with the outrageous prices people ad match and I don't blame them.

There was a post on another site about 4 days ago with some girl bragging how she hassled the manager for 40 mins until she let her have the fiber choice sticks with the 5$/2. She argued they were made by benefiber, but they aren't. When I told her benefiber was Novartis and fiber choice was GSK, she snobbed back at me saying the pharmacy said it was the same product company. I didnt want to cause drama on that site, but I can sure see walmart doing away with the overage if this continues to happen.
