Walmart Price Matching Question

Our local store does not accept internet printed coupons and often times has good deals. Recently I went to Walmart with ads and a list in hand to check out their price matching system and it went well. Some items were actually just cheaper and other were a savings of over 50% after using the coupons.

This week the local store has selected GM cereals on sale, if you buy 4, you save an additional dollar (making it $1.49 each - norm at this store is $3.69) and of course I can't find any manufacturer coupons for the item. I did find a handful of internet coupons.
Will Walmart match this sale if I keep to the must buy 4 rule and specific cereals listed in the ads fine print? I intend to buy 12, and use a combination of 4 appropriate General Mills internet coupons.

yes mine does...however they may ask to see your store card for that store..I am saying this for I think that ad maybe for krogers not sure of that tho. If this store that has the ad out has a store card you may want to take yours with you just in caes...I price match for kroger and sometime they ask to see the kroger card and other times they dont..

Why dont they take printables tho?

thanks for the input! It is a independently owned spartan brand store. Used to take coupons but had a high incident of fraud so they stopped altogether. I am going to try Walmart tomorrow and see how it goes, since I am new to this I usually take the ads with me still, just in case.
and of course, Sunday's paper will have the coupons I need for the cereal.

I think you should be good. And yes bring the ad. You need to buy the right size box of cereal...so the ad will need to be necessary.

well I finally made it in and Walmart honored the sale. As usual with my luck the one I wanted was out, they did carry the larger but that was not included in the other sales ad so we got 4 GM Cereals for $1.20each. Saving appx. $2.40 on each box.
