I gotta agree on having your kids help out with the P&G Q's..any of them...I really think it's okay. Although I haven't done it at Walmart. I have done it with my DH at other stores for the bounty Q's..we still had to go in and out a few times to get through the big stash of Q's I had. But the 4 per shopping trip when your purchasing 4 basic bounty PT takes well...grrrr...so I bring him along..so I'm grrrrr less

It's not Walmart's Policy for the P&G Q's it's P&G fine Print on this one. The OP is just following the Fine Print to the T which We appreciate.

I have no problem with people bringing their whole family and give each member the coupons plus payment for items. Each member is a paying customer and should be treated as such. I consider it as a strategy rather than skirting the rules. To me, it takes a lot of effort to bring enough members of a family to go shopping and assign them their own coupons and mode of payment.

It does not matter whether I agree with the strategy or not. What matters is the store allows the customer his/her own transaction paying with a set of coupons and other mode of payment.

I gotta agree with y'all. I don't see a problem letting my DH/kids/aunt/uncle/whoever I can rope into helping do transactions on my behalf. This is technically folowing the rules and I really don't see a problem with it. Walmart still gets the same money, it just happens to be from a few different people rather than just one

The sad part is that CSM's are given very little training, therefore we all probably do know the policies better than they do.

I agree. I shop FOR my kids #1, so they can eat and have things they like around the house. I regularly make my teen do her own transactions for the stuff she likes to have around. She is used to it.

Let me explain my train of thought on my last post and the orginal post of the OP.

I have a problem with someone figuring a way to *one up* the cashier by what I consider bullying, and the store policy by using minor children to accomplish the one upping. I don't have a problem with using multi purchases within your shopping party (not even if it includes minor children) as my DH has checked out behind me before, but I got the feel that OP was only using the kids to prove *they were right and the cashier was wrong* if that makes sense.

OT I foresee by the first or even second quarter of next year, Walmart will do away with the overage policy because of the whining on interuption of the current coupon policy.

    No, it's not.

Certain states have created laws where both parties must consent to a recording during a private meeting or conversation, but even those states cannot make it a crime to record something that goes on in the public domain (such as Walmart). Taking that into consideration, however, Walmart also has every right to have you forcibly removed from their store for doing so, since recording is against their policy.

Also, I think OP is making a big deal out of it. You do not have a legal right to use a coupon, anyway.
