Not that one but I have had problems this week there myself...however I have been told that at family dollar pretty much...
I was told at my store that they were losing money on coupons..LOL I know why they (lots of csm & cashiers) were doing things other than the policy said..I was yelled at by a cashier,told that I did not know what I was talking about,that I needed to reread the policy and that she knew how to do her job for telling her she was not doing as the online policy said..Well now her and the CSM knows I was right and they were wrong(the cms was nice when I went to her about this but all the same she NOW knows what the policy says) and the yelling cashier was going to be wrote up and told the policy again..The up front mtg said that she was working to get a class together to retrain all of the CSM and the cashiers,that she did not know there was such a big problem with the coupon policy as I had showed her that there was for she had not had her job long.........I cant post many details on here for I dont want to get in trouble...
I would go in the store,take the policy with you and the coupons and ask to speak to the up front floor mtg...
