My Walmart has Christmas stuff out

I'm definitely not ready for Christmas.

I'm hoping and praying for some great deals to make it a great one for the kiddos.

They rush the holidays more and more every year. I think it's more special for the kids if the stores would wait until Thanksgiving like they did when I was a kid!

I wish they would let us enjoy Halloween and Thanksgiving first.

I completely agree...Target has their Christmas things going up too. The funny thing is the Halloween things are not completely set up but they are working on Christmas cards/lights etc....

I've noticed the past several years they have Christmas up before Halloween.

I guess there are enough early birds to make it worthwhile for them or they wouldn't continue it.

I remember growing up there was one lady in our neighborhood who put her Xmas tree up the day after Thanksgiving, and we all though she was CRAZY!!! We always thought, "Who would put their tree up that early?" LOL!!! Times have changed!

Wal-mart apparently does not believe in enjoying any holiday anyway. They have talked for several years now about being open on Christmas Day even. They said that it is technically a religious holiday, so it could end up becoming unpaid and mandatory to work. How's that for enjoying the holiday. On the bright side they are bringing back Layaway for the holiday this year, only on Electronics and Toys, but this might help with the old Christmas shopping.
