WALMART 1.00/1 Cascade

Was in my local walmart and was getting some of the cascade trial size. They refused to even take my coupon saying they were not allowed to do this any more. Can they do this, do they have the right to refuse to honor a coupon? I have since found out that several people has had this happen to them.

I'm not sure if we have a choice....I don't understand why they won't allow the computers to do their job, if it beeps then question, if it doesn't just keep it moving.....I was told today by one of my fave cashier that from now on consumers will be given a choice between price-match or coupon. She stated you can not price match and use a coupon to get the product for free.

As long as your coupon doesn't exclude trial you can contact corp and tell them that your store is refusing to allow you to use a coupon to purchase a product. I would email them.

I just don't get this. If you were shopping at the store with the ad, couldn't you use a coupon on a sale item? YES! Why should it be any different at Wal-Mart? The whole point of price match was to keep customers shopping at Wal-Mart rather than at competitors. By telling customers they can't get as good a deal at Wal-Mart, seems like more reason to shop at competitors.

I cant even find Cascade in my stores. I have 3 WM stores in my area all 3 are out and they said there not sure if or when they will re stock them. And if they tell me i cant use a PM and a coupon then they will loss my business because 90 percent of my shopping trip is PM and couponing.

It should have worked, call 1 800 walmart number and the store manager will call you back. All mine worked and I also got to use coupons that had expired, because the service girl on that day wouldn't let me use them. All walmart are really surpose to be the same. good luck
