    QUESTION Price match RR & ECB's?

    Example:

    CVS has Gillette razor for $9.99 with $5 ECB = $4.99

    So will Walmart price match this razor for $4.99?

    This was just discussed a week or so ago, I think -

    No, they'll match the pre-ECB price, not the price after ECB's or RR's.
