No Sales Tax - Florida Aug 12-14

I just wanted to mention that Florida no sales tax is coming next weekend, August 12-14. (There are restrictions)

The reason I am writing this in the Walmart forum is because I am wondering if I am the only one finding ads inside their Walmart (any state for that matter) that make it appear like Walmart is somehow giving this "offer/promotion" to us?

I mean really who are they kidding. I am glad that they are spreading the word but the way the ads are written it is deceiving IMHO and especially to those whose first language is not necessarily English.

All the stores here in TN acted that way with their ads for our tax free weekend, not just Walmart.
