New High $ Ben Gay IP and possible overage

There is a new IP up on coupons.com for -$5 off any Ben Gay. Walmart carries a 2oz tube of the new vanishing scent Ben Gay for $4.24. I printed 4 of these Qs and went today. My walmart was out and none in stock.....they did have a 4 oz tube of regular Ben Gay for $5.98. I went ahead and got these anyways, still a good enough deal for me, plus way more product.

Silly casheir made me split them all up onto separate transactions because the MQ states "One per purchase". I told her ALL MQs say that, each item is a qualifying purchase and if it meant one per transaction, it would say that. She pulled the "I'm older than you and have been doing this for years card" . I split up the transactions and then wheeled right on down to the customer service desk (only a few feet away, LOL!) I let them know what she was doing. Its wrong for casheirs to treat people like that. If you have been a casheir and taking coupons for years, then I think you should know the common terminology.

I've called corp over the one per purchase nonsense. they made me split up into 7 different transactions a 35 cent dannon yogurt coupons. duh.

I had a problem with a WM cashier on Friday. Said I couldn't use a coupon on an item when I had a BOGO coupon. I always thought I could use a coupon for the first item since I am essentially purchasing the item. She said no, I couldn't. I told her I don't believe that is Wal Mart's coupon policy but that was all I said. After I was all done, I went over and talked to the CSM and she got mad at the cashier. She told me the cashier had been warned before not to do that and if there was ever a question, the cashier was not to make the decision, a CSM is to make the decisions. Anyways, the CSM gave me $5.00 for the total of all of my coupons in question and apologized for the cashier. I told her I didn't want to get anybody in trouble but she told me not to worry about it. I was happy, considering I had already saved a little over $85.00 in coupons already, the $5.00 was icing on the cake!

Heck Ya! When a cashier points out something that I missed reading, and I'm in the wrong, I am sweet as pie and thank them and appologize. But this kind of stuff is pretty ridiculous.....when I KNOW I'm right (and esp. when the casheir has a tude about it), I will always go to a manager too.

I used 2 bengay coupons together last night and bought two tubes for free at walmart! I was excited since I am new to couponing! Had no problems! Also picked up the buy 1 product get body spray free from gillette , with a $1 off coupon on the item I bought! Yay!

Me and Dh went to walmart and target today and I had some problem at walmart. Tried to get 2 of the bengay and my mq won't go the 2nd time. And they won't give the overage either to put on the other items. both cashier and csm said their manager said they can't give cash back( I even have a copy of the policy and showed it to them nicely). I cancelled the 2nd bengay, took my other coupon and went to target and get more and didn't had any problem with the cashier or my coupons. Never going back to that walmart and never really like wm anyways. And I didn't clear any shelf either when in fact we got 8 bengays for free! I can assure that they wont go to waste because you can call us the arthritis couple (27 & 30...blah!). i know!

I have yet to find a Walmart that has it in stock!!! Luckily the exp date isn't til September!

they definatly are hard to find. I've found only a few stores that have them. Once the 'newness' of the coupon wears down, stores will have it again. Fingers crossed, anyway.

I agree....I went right after posting here, and never found a store that has the $4.24 ones.....(I have checked and double and triple checked Walmart and Target).....alas.....the Q is good for a while....
