White Cloud 12 pack on Rollback email?

Has anyone else received the email saying White Cloud 12 pack is on roll back at Walmart dated July 13th?

Purchased some today but was charged regular price ($5.37). Tried to get help at customer service, went through a CSM & Asst Manager. Showed them both the email on my cell phone but no go.

I got the email as well.

I live in a smaller market walmart area though.

My guess is, they just haven't been notified that it's on roll back yet. Maybe give it a few more days.

Update:

WM version: Store management still insists WhiteCloud is not on roll back with no planned date of it going on roll back anytime soon. Called the home office in Bentonville in an attempt to get further clarity. Spoke to someone named Rick from the Priority line. Told someone will be calling me back from appropriate management level to confirm if/when on roll back.

White Cloud version: Clicked through on the email and located a number to call. Called the number and spoke to someone named Lucy who insists it should be on roll back. Stated she will investigate and give me a call back.

Went to my store last night and mine are still not on roll back either...LOL

Okay I went to another store and it was on roll back from $5.88 ish to $5.36ish.

At my store it's already $5.36 so maybe that's why it's not on roll back???

I got the e-mail last week and when I went to the store, it was on rollback to $5.37 (i think) from $5.97. I used 2 $1 off coups for 12 packs.

My walmart in CT has them on roll back for $5.37 as well. Got to say not bad toilet paper.

Update: White cloud and Walmart both called me back. Here is what happened,

White Cloud: I did not recognize the number so I let it roll to voicemail. This is what was said "Thank you for calling white cloud. We appreciate your comments. They have been forwarded to the appropriate management teams. We are sending you some coupons for your time".

Walmart: Manager called back about a "out of stock item". Told her what happened and she had mo idea what I was talking about. She stated the manager over that area had just git back from vacation and this may be on list of things to do. Promised to check into it and call me back. That was a bit over a week ago no call back at this point.

To sum things up it looks like $5.37 is as low as white cloud is gonna get in these neck of the woods because its still not on roll back. Guess white cloud roll backs vary by store. Well at least it looks like I may be getting some coupons out of this.
