ft. wayne, in are walmarts starting coupon test market lots of changes

when i was in my local store last night a manager mentioned that they were changing their coupon policy and were participating in a test market. he didnt give a lot of details but while dealing with my bogo coupon isssue he mentioned that with the new policy they woudnt "be able to give overage on any target or other store coupons just the item free because we wont get reimbursed for those" it was one of those typical 2 hour checkout extravaganzas so i didnt press for details

i appreciate walmarts corporate willingness to embrace us couponers but i sure hope they outline their new policy much clearer and instruct their staff much better than they have in the past
