Second : While I agree she shouldn't have mentioned that you were "one of those people", you aren't getting an IVY from me on her not having to apologize. As a former cashier of Walmart we are told to make apologies to a customer behind another if it has taken longer than the time we are given to check a person out at our meetings.
Apologies are great, but don't blame it on another customer because it took you too long to ring her up.
