*sigh* Unfortunately, our area only got $2/1 coupons.....
John Frieda Full Repair 5.97 ( root lifter)
- John Frieda Full Repair 5.00/1 (6/5/11 insert)
= .97 each
There was some other John Frieda Full Repair thing for 4.97 but they were all out. I didnt get to see what it was. So that would be free.
***Just a Reminder to anyone seeing this thread....WE can use this on the root lifter, But NOT the shampoo or conditioner****

Thanks for the heads up! I wanted to do the deal at CVS, but my store doesn't carry any of the treatments on sale for $8. I don't need more shampoo so I decided to try WM for a treatment. I'll see what mine has in stock.
ETA: The heads up I mentioned refers to the presence of some sort of product for $4.97-- will have to see if the $5/1 Q applies. Just wanted to clear that up.![]()
The coupon is not good on shampoo and conditioner

FYI: CVS has the Frieda shampoo & condit AND STYLER Full Repair on sale for $5 ea. If you spend $10 on Frieda products, you get $3 ecb. The $5 coupon includes the STYLER. So really, you would be making $3 if you had two $5 coups! Limit is one.![]()
Respectfully I submit that all six products from John Frieda's Full Repair line are pictured on the coupon. Checking John Frieda's website- none of the products are listed as a styler, treatment or a finisher. If you're going by the wording alone, then none of the products qualify. Just a friendly hint that you might be limiting yourself unnecessarily on this coupon. It's worked beautifully for me at two different stores so far for the shampoo and conditioner. I have 12 so far-free or almost totally free. Again, I mean no rudeness. I'm respectfully requesting you to review your stance so that more people can take full advantage of this coupon.
Respectfully as the owner of this site I have already stated that the coupon is NOT good on shampoo or conditioner and may not be discussed on this site as being used on either shampoo or conditioner. Just because the coupon scans or "works beautifully" does not mean that is the proper use of the coupon.
Posting about using the coupon on products other than it is intended for is against the site rules and there will be no further discussion about it. There are still other products that the coupon is good for that are still a good deal.
I don't enjoy being the bad guy, but we need to make sure that the post on this site go by the wording (not the picture, not the bar code) on the coupon and the coupon states that it is good on "John Frieda Full Repair Treatment, Styler or Finisher".
There was a $2.00 coupon in the same insert that was good on any John Frieda product, excluding trial size if you want to buy shampoo or conditioner.

There are four products pictured on the coupon. Shampoo & Conditioner is not shown on the coupon (if we were going to go by the picture on the coupon, which we are not)

If I am reading CVS's ad correctly, the shampoo, conditioner AND styler is on sale (although NOT pictured), and the $5 coup is for the styler as well, or, am I missing something?
I would not want to present a coupon erroniously, so I want to make sure I am correct.
Andfor your PRICELESS site!
When I go to the John Frieda website, I see four products listed under stylers and finishers:
Full Repair™ Products from the John Frieda® Hair Care experts
The shampoo and conditioner have their own two separate categories. The thing that limits my usage of a coupon is my habit of abiding by the wording. And that's certainly not unnecessary to me.
