I went over to customer service to get more details and spoke with 4 people (all standing together), 2 of which were managers. They said starting July 30th they will double any coupon with a face value of $0.99 or less. So a $0.75 Q = $1.50 off. There is no limit, and the customer will get the overage, if any. They will continue to do price matches and will double Qs with a price match too. They did say the customer needs to hand over the Q when the cashier scans the item (instead of giving all coupons at the end of the transaction) because the cashier has to manually double the Q since they don't have a double key. The managers said that this is a trial/test and they have no idea how long it will last.
I can't wait!!
