I think on the "must by X amount" and limit X It is a YMMV. The walmart I work out does NOT make you buy that many and also doesn't follow limits UNLESS it is an item we don't carry a large stock of. Ex - Last years powerade sale for .25 when you bought 10 (Smith's sale) We were NOT making them buy in increments of 10s but we DID enforce the limit of 20 because we were not prepared for the sale. This year, Smiths is doing the buy ten = total price is .39 each. The first couple of days they had to buy in increments of 10 and now management has changed their mind. No increments of 10 and no limit. =) Our store stocked up well for this sale (not sure how they knew) So we had 20+ pallets of the powerade in preparation. I'm hoping this means our management team is getting smarter about all of this stuff.

The queen of April Fools was here!
I hate my Walmart. I went in stupidly without the Q policy in hand and thirty minutes later after actually being pushed to the point of raising my voice, I only got the items for free, no overage. Printed out the Q policy, highlighted the appropriate areas, and will be going back and politely shoving it in the face of the ASM who tried to tell me I was using competitors coupons before he was so ignorant.
Excuse the rant, but I feel better now, lol.
Please email corporate here: Walmartstores.com: Contact Us Let them know that the store (give them the store number) wouldn't follow corporate Walmarts coupon policy. They will call you back and get it resolved.

So this is a new NEW coupon policy...as in the second this month? And am I reading this right...no RR's will be accepted? If so, that kinda stinks because just last Tuesday I told 120 moms in my MOPS group that they would be. How confusing for someone just learning and having just been told they could use them at WM. ERG!

I think I'd be afraid to do this at my local walmart. The cashiers around here look like the want to beat you up just for using a regular coupon lol and do everything but pat you down in order to accept it. I can only imagine the grief they would give me if I tried to get them to accept a competitors coupon or price. Eesh! Still good to know overall.

WM will still accept catalinas that are NOT OYNO and as long as they are dollars off specific for a particular item and says mfr coupon with exp date, they will be accepted. Let us remember that RRs are a special name given to WAG catalinas to distinguish them from other stores printing catalinas, too.
WM just quit taking OYNO RRs but other RRs will still be accepted. Catalinas that say STORE COUPON in them will not be accepted as WM since they do not meet the requirements for cats they accept.
Hooray for my Walmart. I've used the new coupon policy twice now and both times it was so much easier checking out than previously. The first trip I only had mfg. cpns. and comp ads. They never once asked me for the papers nor even looked in their papers to check my ad prices. I sailed through the checkout easily.
The second trip I had a $3.00 Renuzit Crystals cpn. and a comp ad had them at $2.50. Again, they never asked me for the sale papers and the cash register automatically took the .50 off the remaining balance. No hassle. I hope it stays this way.
Thanks so much for posting these new changes. It makes me quadruply glad I joined HCW!
