Third Degree at Walmart

OP maybe your cashier was new and inexperienced and wanted to be sure of her decisions.

She wasn't new. She has been there since at least the middle of 2010. It was just weird to me because I got the exact same treatment at 2 different stores in 1 week. I NEVER have any problems at Walmart with my Q's or comp ads. I was kind of thinking maybe couponers are now under the microscope because of that Extreme Couponing special on TLC.

I totally agree stores have been weird and more into noticing the coupons than before that goofy show. I feel like every cashier thinks im new because of the show but when I have the right coupon for 50 items than kinda shut up lol

This morning I had the same thing happen. I handed the cashier a $5/1 Maloxx coupon (making the purchase free) ~ she just upped and walked away...no explination, but I watched her walk 1/2 way across the store to talk with a manager. Then she came back ~ again no explination...and just gave me my bag and receipt.

I had a manager tell me they get "wrote" up if they take a coupon that is not right.

My store is bad about saying "that is not what is pictured" on the coupon.

I've heard that too.
