Walmart After Christmas Clearance Deals - Post them here! ~ 2010

anyone experience any great after Christmas deals?? How much do they usually mark stuff down for? Thought I might head out since I got so many gift cards this year.

I was planning on hitting several stores but we are snowed in LOL. Hopefully the deals will still be there when it clears up.

What's hot at CVS the day after Christmas?

usually all there christmas stuff is 50-75% off toys, giftwrap christmas lighting and christmas candy (like we need more) but those christmas toys can be used for next year and Birthdays throughout the new year ;)

i think 2 yrs ago i bought a whole box of giftwrap for under $10 thats lasted me 2 yrs..LOL

I was in my Wal-Mart (Marion, IA) on Christmas Eve, and on their clearance cart near the meat department they had 16 oz. bags of Fisher chopped pecans for $1.00 and also bags of Fisher raw peanuts (didn't look at the size...sorry...probably also around 16 oz.) for 75c/bag. I still had 19 $1/1 Fisher product over 4 oz. coupons left which expire 12/31, so I bought the 9 bags of pecans they had and also 10 bags of peanuts which got me 25c overage per bag. They still had lots of the peanuts and I figured I could feed the squirrels and birds with them if nothing else. Check your Wal-Marts because I vaguely remember this clearance sale being mentioned last year too. Free pecans is good for me! LOL!

I never buy xmas candy before xmas...I make my kids wait till after xmas. They love that we get the same candies a few days later for 75-90% off!!!

Picked up several toys @ 50% off this morning. Check the Christmas clearance area by garden center as well as the toy dept.

For DD turning 3 in March:
K'Nex Elmo building blocks set, reg $21 marked down to $8
Crayola bath time tub mat with color body paints, reg $10 marked down to $5
Hi Ho Cherry O game, reg $10, marked down to $2.50

Lots more I can't remember now
