WalMart would not take my smartsource coupon

I always take a Smart Source insert with me, and when they say dumb stuff like take it to the Smart Source store or it is not a manufacturer's Q, I just show them the insert and explain that Smart Source is a Q company for manufacturers that do inserts and blinkies.

My walmart won't take them but cvs and target do even though they don't have the machines. Walmart told me it was because they don't have the machines. The commissary used to tell me the same thing but I'm pretty sure I have used them since then.

Mine worked yesterday for Barilla tortellini. I've never had issues.

They always beep for me but the cashier always takes them.
