Walmart ~ Vent WALMART coupon doubling. Huh? - Page 2

the actual coupons in question were peelies for free any one coffee-mate stick pack carton up to $1.29. Coupon states "Limit one coupon per specified item(s) purchased. I had two boxes that the peelies came off of. I wasnt taking peelies from some other store or box to use. I was buying the boxes that they came off of. The other coupons were for the $1.00 of any Seapak product that were in last Sundays paper. I did notice that they had peelies on the larger boxes of Seapak products but I didnt take them off. I just personally feel that those coupons should go to whoever buys those boxes. I know that some people do take them and thats fine, not saying its wrong or not just saying that I dont like to do it. I am sorry if I am still rambling ... it just really made me mad today. Where I live about the only place to grocery shop thats afforadable even with coupons is walmart unless I drive the long way to Publix. But Publix here I come!

Walmart is horrible here too. I quit going because the last few times I went I was told I had copied coupons because they were printed in black and white. So they refused to take them. They are a joke. I have not stepped foot in a walmart in over 3 months....

when I first start couponing majorly I was told at walmart that I could only use one coupon even if I got 5 of the item, so I would just pay out that many times. I would always try to use them all in the same order first then if they told me one coupon of like coupons was all I could use I would make them take it off the order and then say well I need to pay 5 times or 10 times then,soon all the csm's got sick of that and decided to go by one coupon per item which was right anyway..unless the coupon say one coupon perday or so on..

I would just call the store manger and dont tell her what the 1800 number person told you for I think that person misunderstood you... and tell her what happen and that the coupon says one coupon per purchase not transaction and that you had 4 and 4 coupons use on them..

Walmart tries to discourage coupon shoppers they want folks with no coupons I dont think they like us very much or want our business

For those of you who may have never read this article on the web about Walmart that came out 7 years ago, I have included a link to it, it's a long read, but very informative, and it's one of the reasons I hate walmart so bad.

Many people don't realize what Walmart does to the economy and to suppliers.

You can rent it, buy it, and there used to be a few places where you can watch it online-m maybe they're still there.

It's an eye opener!!

You must have talked to someone who was misinformed. Doubling is not using a coupon on each item. It is when one single coupon is doubled of it's value. I would just go back and try again with a different cashier.

I wish I had more places here in my town to shop but I dont have many choices other than walmart, not paying what food gaint wants for the same stuff sorry I just can't...
