walmart: where in ny/nj/ct area i can use $4 knox q?

i've tried at 2 stores and it's a nogo! fishkill ny & mohegan lake ny. has anyone in the tri-state area been able to use these w/o problems (multiple times)? if so, where do you shop?

i have 13 of these q's and i really want to use them!

i used them in the catskill, ny store no problems whatsoever. a friend used them at the albany, ny with no problem
