    I wish this Walmart policy was written down somewhere so that we could all get overage. None of my Walmarts will give overage AT ALL. I'm glad that you got to prove the store wrong. What is the cooperate number? I have called 1-800-WALMART and can't get a response like that at all. They just tell me that the policy is up to the store managers. And so if the manager does not want to accept my coupons, I guess I am out of luck. (Regardless of whether the coupon is valid or not.) My store manager apparently makes up her own rules too. She said that "one per purchase" means at her store that you can buy one item and then you need to leave the store and if you want to use more coupons, you can come back another day.

    No problems at all using the $3 MQ on the 12 pk ST2 disposables for 1.97. I've bought 8 to 10 per transaction. The coupons scan and register prompts,

    coupon amount valid = $3? cashier checks face value and then hits K1 to accept.

    We have coupon friendly WMs but occasionally, I still run into cranky cashiers who make their own rules so I just void the transaction and go to another line where I know they know the policy.

    after the grief that my cashier gave me yesterday with all my other q's, I sure thought she was going to give me grief on this one.....but she didn't! I was pretty irritated that she was giving me so much grief after she announced to me that she was a heavy coupon user! So I asked her if she had ever heard of this webiste and she said no....I thought maybe she could come here to learn about good deals and update herself on good couponing skills as a cashier! lol

    At my regular Walmart I ususally purchase 5-10 at a time without problems. But sometimes I just get fed up with these CSM & sometimes cashiers who try & treat me like I'm doing something wrong. But on the day in question I was by myself(no kiddos), & I was ready for battle. But don't you just love it when CSM is coming over & they are talking to themselves (u can c their lips moving), right then I knew it was gonna be a fight. But I haven't had any problems using the 3/1 schick since then.

    My husband is a tattoo artist so he goes through razors like CRAZY when he is tattooing regularly! This is a BONUS for me to get these for free!

    I gave a huge bag to my tattoo artist for Christmas cuz I know they can't reuse them, so it helps them out alot!

    Ok so I went to a Walmart in another city near me when I went to the doctor the other day and I was given a bunch of grief on this! The cashier lanes were all busy so I thought I would save time and go to the self checkout....having NOT read the OP here! I scanned everything through and scanned a few other coupons and they went through ok, scanned in my 1st 3.00/1 Schick and it said the same error in the OP's post! So the lady at the self checkoutgets over to my lane after like 10 minutes and she asked what was wrong and I told her it wasn't acceptingb my q's...she asks "well,ok how much are these" and I told her the razors were 1.97 and she said well, you CANNOT use that if they are 1.97! I said I was at a Walmart earlier and used ut at the cashier and they went through fine and she says she needs to get a CSM. The CSM comes over and says you CANNOT use these if the razors are 1.97, you can only use the coupon on a razor OVER 3.00 and I said no, the coupon does not state on a razor only over 3.00 and I explained I used them before and she said "well, the cashier should NOT have allowed you to use them!" She said, I cannot give you money back on a coupon....I explained I wouldn't get money back aqs I was buying other things and she said no, absolutely not ...So I said please open the machine and give me my other coupons back because I would go to antoehr store that would take them and she opened the machine..,..as I was walking out I said this is BS and I will NEVER shop that store again until they KNOW their coupon policy!

Whether it's them not writing rainchecks, not accepting valid coupons, horrible customer service, not accepting printed coupons, etc. They really make stores stand up and take notice. This is NOT tied in with the 1-800 customer service number. It goes directly to the home base of Walmart. The number isn't really published anywhere... (Gee I wonder why ) Anyway, put it in your cell phone and if you ever have any problems give them a call. Sometimes even just the mention of calling "Bentonville" is enough to get them to straighten up.

    Thanks so much for this. I think i will be giving them a little call. I had a terrible experience that pretty much took me to the brink of tears becuase of how they were carrying on and being MEAN! I was so embarassed to be treated like that on a busy Sunday.

    Haha, tonight I had a nightmare trip to Walmart, pretty much my first really angered moment. I'm one to just, well if you're going to fiddle faddle around with it, just give me my coupon back. I'm not going to argue and just come back when someone I know is not going to hassle me about things. I've used the $2 off of ANY shick disp. before when we had them, at this walmart I went to tonight, and others as well. Only once before I had a problem (at this same walmart), and I just told the cashier she can take my coupons down to $1.97 and she really just gave me a dirty look and did it. Tonight was the worst experience though. I only grabbed 2 packages of razors, a Sorry game (tried the Big Lots Price match), a scrabble slam game and a monopoly card game (which I had picked up pictureka card game a few times before... and they were completely OUT), 2 reach flosses, and a 12 pk of Bargs rootbeer. All was well until I hit the cashier. The place was a madhouse, and I just wanted out of there, my mistake to not pick out a better cashier. Well the Sorry game, she ran off to ask someone about (who works in the toy dept), she said no, whatever.. no big deal I've never price matched before, give me my coupon and ad back. So, then comes the games, she runs off, she says, "I just talked to this lady that works in toys, and she says no". I said "well someone obviously used coupons on them, because one of them are completely out. I have never had problems with them going through before." Her reply "well I can't". Whatever, give me back those coupons. So, I figured, I've ended up getting at least a dozen of those shick disp. in the past, so this is no biggie. She said "I can only give you ONE $1.97 off or nothing at all". I looked at her weird and said, "Why". Well I can't..... wait. I can't take these off at all. Look at them, they're over the limit and they have all the Shick Quatros on them, so that's what you have to get. I said, "huh" "you can't put all the products when it has "one or "any" on it. "No that's not what the coupon has on it, it only has pictures of the quatros." (I have used a coupon HERE before, the SAME coupon, and had no troubles.. )and she's like "well i'm not doing it" i said, whatever, give me my coupons back, I crinkled them up in anger, threw them in my pocket. But of course, the Reach is fine, until the receipt comes out, and she HAD to make sure it was the reach floss. And she just tells me , well I couldn't do that sorry game because that lady said so.. so I'm sorry. And I'm thinking, what about everything else. I was mad because I've done those things in that SAME exact store NUMEROUS times, and had NO trouble. All those pictureka games were gone, so people used coupons without running to that certain "i work in the toy dept" lady. So I'm confused. They really need to get their policy straight. It's either, you take them ALL the time, or you NEVER take them. I didn't end up bringing a CSM over or anything because there were a bunch of people in line. I didn't feel like having to argue when I knew I was right. I hate that store anyways, everything's 10 cents or more higher than the rest of them. I'll just have to try my luck at another store before the coupons expire, and I definitely will be contacting them so they can figure out what the heck their policy is in the first place. Sorry about the rant. Just disgusts me.
