WALMART What is the cheapest item to use the $4/1 ANY Knox coupon?

For those who complain about not getting to use cashiers, how do you do it? Do you call or email corp then wait for a response? Or go directly to a manager?

I'm extremely shy and having to actually find a manager would be a challenge for me. I'd much prefer to ***** in an email and then have him call me. :)

In my experience with writing emails to WM corp, they'd send you canned emails like the coupon policy when you're not even asking for it BUT want clarifications about it. great difference but I don't know why they do not address the issue. Unless you're persistent, you'd get the same response at least 2x to 3x Its better to call either the Bentonville AR HQ directly depending on the severity of the issue you want resolved or if you want immediate resolution, call the local store you're having issues with.

I prefer to call the SM directly. You can find the SMs name in your WM receipt. If SM is not available, its usually the AM that takes the call. At least, I get immediate answers to my questions and I make sure to meet with him/her the next time I shop to give any FB if my issue was resolved after our conversation. So far, so good. Overall, I think we have good WMs here.

I do believe that calling the SM is most likely your best bet. I pulled up the phone numbers for every walmart in my area,and then called them,and asked if their store allowed overage. I will say that the phone call does not guarantee a smooth trip though. I had 2 of them tell me yes over the phone,then once I went to the store I was still shot down. If you prefer to email them,go ahead,but all I received was a canned response,and I called Bentonville twice,and all they did was contact the store I had a problem at,asking them to resolve it,but that got me no where,so if you find a store that actually wants to move merchandise,and keep the customer happy,then stick with that store.

I have a ton of overage coupons to use and am tired of the BS I've been getting!! I'm getting pretty anxious about them expiring.

if it was me, I would NOT mention the O word. many get intimidated by that and what comes to their mind immediately is,

why should we pay you to buy stuff here?

I'd discuss it in a way using this example,

"I have a $2 coupon and your sale price is 1.97. The register prompted, coupon amount valid = $2? The cashier didn't know what to do. I told her to validate face value if its correct but she was confused. What should have been done in this case?

I will listen what the AM/SM says. If they say adjust coupon to sale price, that is where I will mention that they are going to be reimbursed the full amount based on coupon value code. Therefore, they should take it as is and I just have to buy more items so that I don't get cash back. If they say, the coupon should be accepted for full face value since they will be reimbursed fully, then that will be the end of our discussion.

If I get the AM/SM on my side, then I won. If they won't budge, then I know I have to find somewhere else to shop.

I have gotten shot down at two stores out of the four I have went to this week. After spending hours in their store, driving 45 miles to each one, then being told "no, I am NOT going to call Bentonville- I don't care WHAT you say".
It is very depressing when the stores won't listen to their customers or call corporate to find out for themselves. They have their minds made up that you are a criminal. I really get tired of fighting and it ruins my day each time it happens.
I have decided to just stick with the 3 stores that love me and actually KNOW their own policy because they had previously called corporate before.

Totally BARGAIN BLOCKED!!! I tried to get 5 geletines and some baby items to absorb overage and she scanned firxt coupon nO BEEPS, but she had a problem with the $4q when item was less. she called over her supervisor and she offered to take the $1.36 for the q's!!! I informed her Walmart will be reinbursed $4 though and thats not right. Still no go and i removed everything from the counter-
I will be going back and getting my overage!

This was a definite no go at my Walmart in Port Orchard, WA.. they even had an email from Knox stating the Gelatin is not their product it's KRAFT and furthermore listed 4 products the coupon could be used on which were all pretty high priced.....boooooo

I had come here to read the thread since I used one of these at my WM and she pushed it through with no discussion. I didnt realize that the item was made by Kraft and checked my box and sure enough it was. After reading coupons, packaging and both websites I decided that this is definately not a proper match. Its temping, but I'm not going to use anymore of them. Why should the Knox company have to fork over $4 to me when Im not even using a product from their company :shrug7:

It is the position on HCW Admin that as far as they are concerned, the written word on the coupon constitutes the offer, and these $4/1 Knox coupons state that they are good on any Knox product. The letter that has been posted on the web was not forwarded to us by the manufacturer, and if they have an issue with our discussion at HCW, they are welcome to contact us. If the manufacturer wants to exclude or include certain products, they can do so on the written terms of the coupon, which has been done in the past. The two companies share the Knox trademark, and the Knox Gelatine is indeed technically a Knox product.
The use of this coupon is up to one's own discretion. If you don't feel comfortable with it, then don't use it.
