WALMART - Clearance Thread ~ 2009 - 2010

If anyone is in my area, I found some more clearance stuff tonight...

The large 3 drawer plastic carts are marked down to $6 (orig $16). They are on the platform going out towards garden center. They are the kind that are turquoise w/ clear drawers and purple w/ clear drawers.

The toy DM was marking down the remaining clearance section of toys again. I just glanced at it, but most stuff was 75% or more off. The pool stuff was dirt cheap (can't remember exact prices)

Where do you both live? I am in Bonham, Tx. We stocked way up on Captain Crunch the other day for 1.00 a box. We won't be running out any time soon. LOL

My local walmart was marking down all there clearance toys to $1, $3, and $5. I was able to get some great toys for $1.00.

My walmart stinks in this regard - they hardly ever mark any of their toys to clearance. I hope you all find some good deals.

Today is the 1st of the month, which means stores get markdown money! Stores (or at least the ones in my market.. but I think its company wide) only get markdown money once a month and its usually cut off after a day or two. So be on the look out the next week for good clearance deals!

I know tomorrow when I get my markdown money I'm marking down all my deleted cologne by at least 50% and all the odd pieces of makeup we don't carry any more down that much as well.

I went today and they said that all clearance clothing and shoes were an additional 50% off. I got some PJs and pants for my kids for $1.50 and $1 each.

Ours has a crappy clearance (other than clothing)...I swear it's more expensive in clearance than on the reg shelf.

The only thing I've seen lately is stationary stuff wasn't too badly priced..and curtains...everything else..stinks..

oh tulips...tulips are still a good clearance price LOL...plant them fast before it snows!!!

If there are any posters or lurkers near Statesboro, come check out our Clearance (if there is any left) All the DMs were marking stuff down like crazy today. Most of the stuff I wanted was gone before I could get off work.

Pretty much the entire clearance section is 75% off. There was soap for .25, double packs of toothpaste for 50 cent, perfumes/colognes for $7-$20, spiral bound notebooks .10, most of the halloween was marked down to .10-.25.

Hi, my Walmart in Thornton Rd. has been marking down a lot of ladies and childrens clothes to a $1, they've been doing it since Saturday morning, I heard that they'll be marking down some more tomorrow. So better be there in the morning.
