WALMART Snuggle $3/off Coupon Sale

Hi,

I went to our new Wal-mart Supercenter in Sterling, VA tonight and found the Snuggle (80 count--all scents) dryer sheets for $3.48--so it would be $.48 after the $3/off coupon. Not sure of the Xhilarations Snuggle liquid fabric softener price with coupon. The Snuggle Free and Clear dryer sheets were also included.

Also the coupons beeped and the cashier taking care of the U-scan was really clueless. Said I needed to buy the "blue box" as pictured on the coupon to which I pointed out ANY, said it says 70 count to which I pointed out 70 count or more. :hectic1:

I have 3 coupons left to which I will use with a regular cashier

I am trying to decide if I want to go to walmart and use up the rest of my Q's and pay $.48 plus tax or go to family dollar and just pay tax. It is such a hassle using Q's
at FD here.

When using U-scans at many retail establishments, I have found that high value coupons will cause the device to beep.

The machines are engineered to be modified based on the store's coupon redemption policy.

One location might want any coupon greater than $1.00 to beep while another location might want any coupon greater than $2.00 to beep.

That beep is so that the transaction in halted until a warm body (employee) shows up to see what is going down and to approve it.

It is a form of a check-and-balance.

Illustration vs adjacent wording on the coupons ...

Wording 'trumps' illustration since it is near impossible to represent all possible valid items on the coupon.

Unfortunately, most cashier immediately go to the illustration as in:

"You see, you did not purchase the illustrated item."

Ahhhhhhh!

I don't know what your coupon says where you live but here in El Paso our coupon says 32id (oz) OR LARGER. So, a 60 oz Snuggle qualifies.
