Default Re: Walmart RED ALERT Buddy Bars

the walmart i go to stopped carrying them altogether a few weeks ago. I have gotten them at kmart for .99 and target still carries them (i saw them last week when i was there), just check some other stores and they will probably have them.

Not sure, if it's walmart or johnson's getting rid of them, but I hope not johnson's, my ds will only use bar soap for some reason, he doesn't like the body wash now that he can choose (he's 3), and i don't want to have to ever pay for kids bar soap! At least we have a nice little stockpile of it, so i'm too worried atm.

my walmart has not had these for a while. Not in the baby section or hba. I was bummed. I was thinking about checking out the dollar stores around here to see if they carried them. My kmarts wont let me get overage on items and they wont adjust coupons, so i cant use them there.

Since the remodle of 'my' WM, it has been a pain to find anything at all. This past weekend I was able to find them right next to the new (to me anyway) purple bars of soap and both were fully stocked..the BB's were falling off the back of the shelf.LOL

Target still carries them, and try the groceries store, Publix carries them, granted for $1.09, But I Don't mind paying that little bit of extra,. My son, whos three, will ONLY use these to wash his hands and body, and sometimes his hair.

My Walmart(s) have been carrying both bars for quite some time. I think they are probably keeping both kinds.

My WM switched these bars from the baby section to the HBA area. There are like 6 rolls full of these bars. Guess no one here likes them SOOO that means, MORE FOR ME! LoL

Three of the WMs here (VA) got rid of the orange bar totally. When I asked the mgr why, he said "He was tired of all you couponers taking them all for free". When I asked why it bothered him since he was reimbursed by J&J for the coupon (plus .08 for the coupon) and it helped his store sales numbers that we were buying things at his store (they are rude and I never go inthere unless it is free or darn near close), he said he would rather his sales go down than have couponers get free stuff from him.

How's that for honest?? Stupid, but honest.
