I think 15 cents is gonna be as low as it goes. They had the notebooks for 5 cents last July, even before it was officially advertised, and they basically stayed that price through the beginning of the school year.

Call your WalMart and see if they price match print outs. Mine does. Meijer has a list on their site now with a bunch of different things. WalMart now price matches from anywhere so if your store does match print outs, that would work. I noticed this year that everything is cheaper at Target an Meijer. Meijer has the crayola crayons for 19 cents. If I were you I would definately check to see if your store will price match print outs.
