Default SWEET!! Monthly Walmart Trip (PIC's)

Ok, this may be a long post.

I do a monthly shopping trip to Super Walmart because it is about 30 miles from my house. I went shopping @ 12pm, on the 9th, loaded up 3 shopping carts, leaving one, then two of them at customer service while i finished up with my third shopping cart. then asked for some help getting them to the register for check out. so i unloaded all 3 carts all the while putting bags into the empty carts. finaly got everything rang through, total was about $860+, so i hand over my coupons a stack that is about 4 inches thick. she is amazed (the cashier). starts scanning the coupons. finds a few that wont scan, so calls over the CSM who looks over the coupon and looks at the register tape. and pushes it through. eventually there are 4 CSM's standing around looking at my register receipt and matching up the # of coupons with the # of items. when the cashier gets through about 50 or 60 coupon the register woldnt take any more. so the CSM was trying a few different buttons to see if she could get more to go through. nothing happened. well while they where standing around trying to figure out what they where gonna do. they came up with the conclustion that i would pay the balance of $7XX and then they would add up all the coupons i have left and just give me cash for them. i agreed. i paid and they where adding up the coupons and also discussing if they could actualy do this. give me cash for my coupons. Well durring all this comotion the register completly shuts down after i paid, powered right down. so then they are like uh oh.... so they looked it up in the system to see if my purchase had been put through... it hadnt. so i asked if they would refund me the money i paid and give me the coupons back. During this they had been saying that wow... thats a lot of groceries. and i said its not just for me. i also buy for my wife's disabled sister and her father who has lymphoma cancer wich is why i use so many coupons and buy so much at once. well after shopping for 3 hours, then standing at checkout for 2, i left with NOTHING. i wasnt upset. I kinda knew it was my fault for trying such a large order all at once and with so many coupons.

ANYWAYS, i go back the next day. did it one shopping cart at a time.
first trip through was $222.34, subtract coupons ($99.40) total was down to $122.94 and purchased 106 items.

Second cart through was $141.23 subtract coupons ($58.60) total was down to $82.63 and purchased 104 items.

Third cart through was $228.85 subtract coupons ($127.76) total was down to $101.09 and purchased 140 items.

    SO GRAND TOTAL: $592.42 - $285.76 = $306.66 For 350 items!!!!

I did go back the next day to do meat, dairy, and veggies.
here is the total for that. $158.90 - coupons ($35.84) paid $123.06 for 59 items. not to bad considering it was a lot of meat and veggies.

so, here are some pictures for your enjoyment:

it was a lot of fun. and tomorrow im going to target, price chopper and walgreens! fun fun!! I LOVE HOT COUPON WORLD!!!

ps. there is a lot of food not in the pictures because it was bagged up for my wife's sister.

My Walmart had 15 count cases of Slim-fast for $1.00 apiece. I bought ten cases. I am sure there were coupons out there, but I just happened to be there when they wheeled out the flat of Slim-fast.
