Regarding my walmart trip last night

I went to walmart last night to use a kraft tearpad coupon I had
snagged yesturday. It was $3 off chicken wyb 5 qualifying kraft products.
So I bought 5 mac n cheese (on rollback for $.50) and a package of
chicken breast for $4.50. He had to type in an amount, typed in $.50
and said "works for me" and keep ringing other stuff up. He was really,
really nice so let him finish and he realized his mistake and immediately
called over a manager to fix it. The manager wasn't that nice but she did
her job. In fact she totally ignored me. The funny thing was, I was nervous about using the $2 off any J&J bodycare and getting overage.
That one went thru just fine.
My issue is the manager, she wasn't nice/professional to him or me.
It wasn't anything she said. Just her tone/attitude and ignoring me all together. should I complain or let it slide?

If it were me, I would probably just let it go. I can see why you would be frustrated though.

I'd rather be ignored than any other myriad of things managers could do to a couponer like me!

It's annoying when you can feel someone's hostility while being ignored. I don't address that. Rudeness, verbal assault, throwing the receipt-those are verbal/physical acts of aggression which I ALWAYS address because those things tend to escalate, & I'll be coming back again. Those are best to nip in bud.

I would just let it slide..... It's Wal-Mart anyways. For some reasons, a lot but not all of the employees there have attitude problem. As long as they don't deny my coupon with some silly reasons, then I'm happy. :)

Smooth transaction (no questions asked) + No interaction with employees there = Happy me ! LOL
