WALMART What happened to the 1# kitten chow pouches>

When that free kitten chow coupon came out a while ago, WM had an entire shelf dedicated to it - I still have some coupons left and can't find the 1# pouches nowhere now [shelves are empty in all of my stores and not restocking either].

My WM doesn't even have shelf space devoted to it any longer. Question - does your WM still carry these, or are they all gone, and if so - where do you get them now? I have access to Target, PetSmart and Kmart as well, but it does involve a 60-70 mile roundtrip...

Any help appreciated. Thanks!

My Walmart doesn't carry it but my Kroger does. Do you have a Kroger? I heard that Food Lion does but I haven't checked yet.

Kmart does carry it, at least some of them do. I think Target might also, but not a hundred percent sure about that. I feel the same way about the White Cloud TP, they used to have a whole spot for the 4pk that was $2 and now that there is a 1/1 q out, the shelf was empty.

I have not seen it at WM for quite a while either. Family Dollar also carries it if you have one of those.

I have both 2 FL + 1 kroger in town, their shelves permanently stay empty of the kitten pouches, I don't think they are even restocking them any longer - I've looked so many times there by now.

Melissa, the next closest WinnDixie is a 60 mile oneway trip for me - when I have business there, I go check the stores out bargain hunting when I have enough time, but that's along way to go bargain snooping, lol. I need to see about Target and Kmart - it'll still be an out of town trip, but they are closer to me...

Or maybe I'll get brave and see if one of the FoodLions will order me some. The manager there is quite nice and very forthcoming...

i think they might be discontinueing this...it's getting harder and harder to find them, and at one of the giant eagles i shop at, the tag had a 'discontuned' lable written over it.

I've been getting mine at Kroger. I don't even think I saw them at our Walmart.

My Walmart stopped carrying them too. Only one Kroger in my area had them, and only a few bags. I ended up having to special order 15 cases from there. They were very pleasant about it though, even opened up a lane just for me, and loaded my car!!!!!
